Raja 0.5.4.2

Hello everyone, it's been a while since the last update.

I have updated Raja to 0.5.4.2, which has code optimization in the back end. But more importantly it includes:

1.  Added detection for touch screen. Touch screen can now play on mobile web.
2. Score text will be above all layers now
